The two-story structural steel building has walls consisting of brick and dryvit. The clear-story front foyer has a barrel
vault standing seam roof and interior brick veneer walls.
The center of the building is an open two-story courtyard with exposed aggregate patio
and walkway which provides natural light to the interior spaces of the corporate offices.
Interior finishes include quarry tile floor, radius metal ceilings, custom millwork and casework.
Special mechanical systems include 36 zone variable air volume HVAC system, specialty
piping and process gases.
